Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 18, 2026
1. General Policy: All Sales are Final
PryMap provides digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools tailored for B2B engineering workflows. Due to the immediate access to our digital infrastructure, rendering engine, and export capabilities upon subscribing, all payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.
We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods, or for periods where your account remained active but unused.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your PryMap subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or billing portal.
If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid billing cycle, your cancellation will take effect immediately, but you will retain full access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again moving forward.
3. Exceptions & Billing Errors
While our strict no-refund policy applies to general usage, we are committed to fair billing practices. We will issue a refund or account credit exclusively in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If a technical error causes you to be billed multiple times for the same subscription period.
- System Outages: If a prolonged, critical failure of our systems completely prevents you from accessing the service for an extended period, evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us immediately with your receipt and account details.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and your new rate will apply on your next renewal date.
Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan, the new lower rate will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds or credits are issued for the remainder of the cycle in which you downgraded.
